"PS. ALL MY WATER # ARE WHERE THEY 'RE SUPPOSE TO BE."<-----That can mean anything.........What is the ph, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and hardness of your water?...What is the tank temp constantly(24/7)

What do you have for filtration, substrate, and decor?...How often and how much water do you change?...Do you use any chemical additives?

What were the symptoms of the fish that died and what kind of fish were they?...Did you use any medications or salt?
