Default Crystal Red Shrimps.

Here are some of my Crystal Red Shrimps collection. Usually by year end they have big belly for the female and going to produce shrimplets. It's because the cold season and they are comfortable with the water condition. Of the shrimp species, the CRS shrimp is the most sensitive type. Their water temperature must be at 23-24 degrees Celsius and so must install a Chiller to run 24/7 and plus water changing and top-up.If CRS shrimps keep dying in your aquarium tank, then there is something seriously wrong with the water. Most of the time, the downfall of CRS shrimps is chemicals or temperature. If you did not add chemicals in your tank, then it must be the temperature or the water condition. There should be no ammonia or nitrite present in your CRS shrimp tank.

Your shrimp look really good. I had the CRS, CBS, and Ghost Shrimp and did too well with them. I eventually had to get rid of all of them because they literally took over the tanks they were in.

I didn't mean that they did not get along with other fish; I meant that they bred so much that there were too many.
