Default Looking through the gallery and saw this beauty

http://www.tropicalfishforum.net/pho...to=418&cat=588

I read the many comments and i was wondering how monkey play got the elevation difference (what did he use). This is a really beautiful tank and i really want to take some ideas . I'm guessing this tank is more than 20 gallons(US) but i really like the christmas moss and the elevation. Also how did he make the caves? And how long will it take for the christmas moss to grow that much (if i leave it without fish, or with fish)?

I think this will be good for the new tank i might be getting.

I also love the tank.

The funny thing is I dont think MonkeyPlay even intended the tank to look like that.

Send monkey play a PM or email. I'm sure he will be delighted to answer your questions.

I'm wondering about the elevation. How did he get it raised. I'm sure some of you have an elevated tank. So what do you use to get it like that? I'm guessing gravel but won't that fall down?

And i don't know if Monkey Play is checking this forum anymore. Might as well give it a try.

That's a pretty tank! Plenty of plants in there.

It looks like the moss has grown over objects like stacked rocks or driftwood ect. My Java moss grows all over my driftwood and gets fluffy looking, but I prune it so the wood is not completely covered. Java Moss is not a fast growing plant.
