Default Plant ID?

howdy peoples. I'm in the middle of planning a 4 foot planted tank to replace my 2 foot tank. I was thinking something like -->



I poached that pic fom the interweb purely as a visual aid.

in the front of the tank the is a smallish grass type plant. Any ideas what it is?

That is a really beautiful tank isn't it if you mean the grass type plant on the right it might be a type of Lilaeopsis...at the bottom in this link, hope it helps.........Good luck with your project!

well the tank is due here in about a month. pump/filter are on their way but that's it so far. Can't do much till the tank arives. just pre ordering a lot of stuff at the LFs and on line. plants and substrates and stuff.

I'll keep you posted tho

That tank is really nice. I want it *drools*!!!! All the palnts and think of how happy the fish will be!! Good luck with everything!

I hope you find the grassy plants ferret........I have never seen any of that type in the lfs's near me, they only seem to have the taller plants. They do have the artificial grass.

worst case senario I will order it online. I just prefer to get it locally as you can pick which one you buy.
