Giant Neon Tetra

I have a neon tetra in my tank which is a whopping 7cm long I have had him for about 3 years i was wondering if he will grow anymore cause i heard that they only grow to about 4cm?

WOW thats abig neon tetra I also thought they didnt grow that big you will have to show us a photo of it.
